Howdy Friends! We will happily fill some or all of your July share tomorrow. Just as a reminder, growler fills/pickups will occur every Wednesday evening from 6-8 and Saturday morning from 10-12 (During the summer months we will modify the Wednesday pickup from 7-9). We will also offer a downtown pickup two Saturdays each month after 1:00.
THE BEER: Wilsner was inspired by the Light Lager movement of 1842 in The Czech Republic (formally Czechoslovakia and before that Bohemia). Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts from The Aroostook County, along with a traditional variety of hops from The Czech Republic. “Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?”
95% of the grain used in this beer comes from Maine Farmers.
Chompski is a recipe inspired by the great Belgian IPA, Houblon Chouffe. A Belgian Golden Strong Ale by style, this pale, complex,
effervescent ale is highly attenuated and offers hoppy and fruity notes of lemon and grapefruit. 100% of the grain used in this beer comes from Maine farmers. Dog Island Dark is our Winter Lager from the Munich Region. A Munich Dunkel by style, this rich and malty dark beer offers bready-toasty flavors with hints of chocolate. Bonus points for those who know were Dog Island is in Belfast. 90% of the grain in this beer comes from Maine farmers. OMT (Old Man Time) is our flagship IPA. One of our first recipes, it is an American IPA by style with the hop bitterness and flavor of a West Coast IPA along with the hop aroma of an East Coast IPA…We like to call it a Midcoast IPA. 95% of the grains used in this beer come from Maine farmers.
Pre-Fill Orders: Send us your requests by 4:00for pickup in the cooler outside anytime after 5:00. Please remember to mark your name off on the chalkboard.
Drop-in: Feel free to stop in from 7:00-9:00 to have your growlers filled and chat with the brew crew.

Wednesday bike rides are back!!! Join us for an “old school” mountain bike ride that starts and ends at the brewery and rolls over blueberry hills and snowmobile trails on the upper west side of Belfast. All riders are welcome. If you are feeling like biking isn’t your thing, join a crew on a run to the top of the blueberry hill (2.9 miles round trip). Ride/run departs the brewery at 5:30.
