We are going to offer this as a pre-fill option so please send us your request by 4:00 and we will have your beer packaged and in the cooler by 5:00 and you can pick it up whenever it’s convenient.
THE BEER: 5-Hole Rye IPAJust in time for hockey season, this beer is an American IPA by style with 20% of the grain bill coming from Rye Malt, which gives a dry, crisp character to the beer, while yielding a deep red color. Classic American hops, Cascade, Columbus and Chinook are paired to compliment the distinctive rye flavor.
93% of the grains used in this beer come from Maine farmers. Prost! Altbier is a well-balanced, well-attenuated, bitter yet malty, clean, and smooth, amber-copper colored German Ale that is the traditional style from Dusseldorf. “Alt” refers to the old style of brewing (top-fermenting ales) that was common before bottom-fermenting lagers became popular. So find that lederhosen and let’s celebrate…
94% of the grain used in this beer comes from Maine farmers. Black EyePA This beer was brewed to celebrate the dying breed of hockey players often referred to as goons or enforcers. Long live the Hanson Brothers and The Jims. This Cascadian Dark Ale is a sub-style of the American IPA with moderate to high hop flavors and aroma. Debittered roast malts offer color and some flavor without the harshness and burnt qualities typically found in dark beers. 95% of the grains used in this beer come from Maine farmers.
Catbird Seat Cream Ale:
An Ale version of the American Lager, originally created in the 1800’s and survived prohibition. Some folks refer to it as a “lawnmower beer”, we just think it’s delicious. 95% of the grain used in this beer comes from Maine Farmers.

“FBB, I’m not sure if I’ve taken all my beer?” No problem…Send us and email and we will check the books and let you know where you stand.
“FBB, I’ve taken all my beer, can I still come and get more?” Absolutely! We will happily sell you growlers if you’ve taken all your beer shares. The cost will be $8-32oz and $16-64oz growlers.
“FBB, what about 2025?” We are currently planning another 6-month beer share from April 1-September 30 next year. If you are interested in continuing next year, please let us know and we will guarantee your share for another year. A reminder of this will come out later this Fall for those of you who have lost interest in this email because it’s way too long…
“FBB, I really don’t care about the beer but I love the Wednesday bike rides, will they continue?” OMG…Yes! We will ride bikes as long as Mother Nature allows us. If Dan and Rod are there, you better be also.
